Very Chocolate Chip Ice Cream:

3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 egg yolk, lightly beaten
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Ice Cream:

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups half-and-half cream
3/4 sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Cotton Candy Ice Cream:

2 (2.5 ounce) packages cotton candy
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
